Superconductivity remains a very attractive research field even more than a century after its discovery. Recent examples are topological and nematic superconductors, offering fundamental physics and possibly application perspectives, the Lanthanum Hydrides, which were recently found to exhibit superconductivity even at ambient temperature although at very high physical pressure, and, last but not least, the nickelates with onset temperatures exceeding the boiling point of liquid nitrogen at not-too-high pressure. This Topical Meeting aims to share recent findings on these topics and shed light on them from the experimental and theoretical point of view.
