The program of the workshop will include Oral sessions and Poster Preview session, and Poster session.
Each oral presentation is 40 (35+5), 30 (25+5), 20 (15+5) or 15 (12+3) minutes including time for discussion.
A PC projector will be available. Speakers, who intend to use the PC projector, are advised to bring your own laptop computer.
If you plan to use the onsite conference PC, please bring your data by USB memory and inform us the software of presentation file and OS version.
To facilitate a smooth transition between talks we ask that you check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector before your session begins.
The objective of the poster session is to provide a venue for selected works to be presented in greater visual details and to facilitate vigorous discussions with interested attendees.
Each author is provided with a W1200 mm x H1800 mm poster panel.
The day before the Poster session, Poster Preview session is scheduled. All poster presenters have a 90 seconds short-presentation time. In order to avoid schedule delay, send us your PPT file by May 15, 2015 from the registration page (up to 2MB).
Excellent poster presentations will be awarded:
'Nature Physics Poster Prize' and 'Nature Nanotechnology Poster Prize'.
We are pleased to announce that two poster prizes will be awarded at this workshop. The sponsors support relies on generosity of Nature Physics and Nature Nanotechnology.
The winners will be announced at the end of the workshop, and offered the annual personal subscriptions to each journal.
