The program of the workshop will include oral sessions, and a poster session.

Oral Session

Each oral presentation is 25(20 talk + 5 discussion) minutes long. Speakers are advised to bring his/her own laptop computer. If you plan to use the onsite conference PC, please bring your data by USB memory.

To facilitate a smooth transition between talks, we ask that you check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector before your session begins.

For Online Speakers

We ask you to test the Zoom connection during the coffee break before your talk. We will let you know the details later.

Poster Session

For Poster sessions, each author is provided a width 900 mm poster board to display. Authors should stay in the vicinity of the board during the session to answer questions of attendees.
