The time allotted to each oral presentation is 30 (20+10) minutes. Speakers are advised to bring your own laptop computer. If you plan to use the onsite conference PC, please bring your data by USB memory. PowerPoint 2010 and Adobe Acrobat XI are installed in the conference PC under Windows 7 (Both OS and applications are Japansese versions).
To facilitate a smooth transition between talks, we ask that you check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector before your session begins.
Posters should be formatted to fit portrait A0 (W841mm x H1189mm). Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.
