The time allotted to each oral presentation is 30 (20+10) minutes. The presentation will be given in English.
To facilitate a smooth transition between talks, we ask that you check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector before your session begins.
Posters should be formatted to fit portrait A0 (W841mm x H1189mm). Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.
Please note that Poster Preview session is scheduled on the second day of the meeting. All poster presenters have a 60 seconds short-presentation time, excluding the time for transition. In order to avoid schedule delay, please bring your data by USB memory and check it with our PC in advance. PowerPoint 2013 and Adobe Acrobat XI are installed in the conference PC under Windows 7 (Both OS and applications are Japanese versions).
