This symposium will include Oral sessions, and Poster Preview and Poster sessions.
Each oral presentation is 40 (35+5), 30 (25+5), 20 (15+5) or 15 (12+3) minutes including time for discussion.
If you plan to use the onsite conference PC, please bring your data by USB memory and inform us of the software of presentation file and OS version.
To facilitate a smooth transition between talks we ask that you check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector before your session begins.
The objective of the poster session is to provide a venue for selected works to be presented in greater visual details and to facilitate vigorous discussions with interested attendees.
Each author is provided with a W1200 mm poster panel.
The day before the Poster session, Poster Preview session is scheduled. All poster presenters have a 60 seconds short-presentation time. In order to avoid schedule delay, send us your PPT file by October 20, 2017 from the registration page (up to 2MB).
The authors of the excellent poster presentations will be awarded at the symposium.
