The program of the symposium will include Oral sessions and a Poster Preview session, and a Poster session.
Each oral presentation is 35 (30+5), 30 (25+5), 20 (15+5) or 15 (12+3) minutes including time for discussion.
To facilitate a smooth transition between talks, we ask that you check the compatibility of your PC with the projector before your session begins.
The objective of the poster session is to provide a venue for selected works to be presented in greater visual details and to facilitate vigorous discussions with interested attendees.
Each author is provided with a W900 mm x H1800 mm poster panel.
The day before the Poster session, Poster Preview session is scheduled. Each poster presenter has a short presentation time of 60 seconds. In order to avoid schedule delay, please send us your PPT file (4:3 format) by May 10, 2019 from the registration page (up to 2MB).
Poster awards will be given to excellent poster presentations.
