All participants are requested to submit the online registration form below by March 31, 2019.
There is no registration fee. Those who attend the banquet in the evening of May 14 will be asked to pay JPY 2,000 by cash at the registration desk on site.
Notice: The participant list with your affiliation and email address will be distributed on site to all participants as a printed document.
Online registration is now closed. Because of the limited capacity of the venue, there is no room left for on-site registration, either.
