Program
The scientific program will start at 9:00am on Monday, May 13, 2019, and will end at 17:00pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
In the evening of Sunday, May 12, we will have a welcome reception in Tsukuba International Congress Center from 18:00pm to 20:30pm. The registration desk will also be open during the time.
