Title

Novel Trend of Semiconductor Memories by Three-Dimensional Structural Technology and Spintronics Technology

Abstract

Firstly, I show the industrialized technology’s current status of working memories such as SRAM / DRAM, and storage memories such as NAND memory.
Next, I show the technology trend of 3D NAND memory with 3 dimensional structure cell and 3D array technologies. After that, I discuss future high volume storage semiconductor memory systems. In addition, I show the technical trend of STT-MRAM which aimed at applying a nonvolatile function to working memories Moreover, I discuss nonvolatile logic technologies as application of STT-MRAMs.
Finally, I discuss the impact of these innovative memory technologies gives in a future electronics system.
